Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

He is SO cute. I didn’t realize he would arrive this early, and was surprised to find him among my other packages. The art sent with the plushie is beyond adorable, too! I will definitely buy as many plushies from this shop as I can.
