Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

oh my gosh to say im obsessed with this guy would be an understatement, i first put the salmon in my cart and then saw the roe baby available and knew they had to come home together! the plush incredibly soft, the stuffing inside is so soft but firm. the stitching and embroidery are so cute and perfect without any loose ends or frays. 10/10 would absolutely purchase again and recommend
