Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

He's SO well done!! Incredibly professional craftmanship. A little smaller than I thought he would be for how much I paid for but I can see the genuine care and preciseness of the stitching and fabric work so I would say it's worth every penny. Very soft material. I would absolutely buy from them again!! The shipping was weird and got lost in transit for a while, but that's not the creator's issue at all. It got here right on time! Glad I ordered this much earlier on lol

this little one arrived with his larger counterpart safe and sound and he is so so SO perfect in every way you could possibly imagine. like, he might actually be the ideal lifeform, he's just That awesome. I brought him outside with me tonight to sit beside a campfire, but he was too small to roast a marshmallow on it, so we compromised and I set up a little tea light for him. his first marshmallow unfortunately met a bit of a fiery end, but the second one was perfect for a tiny s'more, which he was very proud of ( despite the candle wax )
