Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

holding it as im typing. awesome quality, its lile a squishmallow but better. theres beads in the snout n tail so the tail can wiggle like its swimming. looks exactly like the pic. gonna emphasize the softness again bc its my new fav pillow. im going to buy the eel now

I'm a salmon fiend- I could eat nothing but salmon sashimi. I see a cool salmon plush? I nab it- I grabbed him as soon as I could. He's gonna be a great neck pillow- so soft!
