Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

The item itself is VERY high quality— this is a great plushie. It’s incredibly soft, weighted with beans and perfectly squishy, and well-sewn. As a product, I’m in love. He’s sitting happily on my shelf. It even came with a hand drawn thank you note which I adore! On the shipping side however, while a shipping label was created swiftly, the item itself took two weeks+ past the expected delivery date to arrive. For a good while there were no shipping updates, which made me worry. Upon reaching out to the seller I received no response, twice. Not good customer service unfortunately. But otherwise an excellent item.
