Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

oh my gosh to say im obsessed with this guy would be an understatement, i didnt know how high quality this guy would be! he is SO incredibly soft, with this soft and firm filling - like a squishmallow, but better! with beans in the tail and head so that you can realistically flop the tail? his incredible cute silly face! the embroidery details are amazing and the stitching so well done with no frays or tears. absolutely perfect 10/10 would buy and recommend again
