Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

The moray eel is such a silly guy! He’s up to my eye level so it is a joy to sleep with! Wasn’t able to post a review until today since I was busy but OH MY GOODNESS!! I also receive a smaller stuffy due to delays and I will never separate them! Very soft, I love the little shaky sound when you shake them! Thank you so much! 💖💖

the day I received this guy, my electricity went out, so we watched the rain together by candlelight with chocolate milk in mugs since we couldn't do hot chocolate- literally the most joy I've ever experienced. please get one (or ten) of these if you can; they'll be your best friend, their faces are full of beans, and they come with a really awesome drawing that I think might be done with scented marker?? (which is just the greatest thing ever actually) overall the most perfect thing I've seen in my entire life, 10000000/10, will be back for the salmon, thank you for Embezzlement I am indebted to you forever

I couldn't live without him, he's an A-plus skrunkle :) I love moray eels (especially green ones), so he's perfect. I've never before seen a plushie that gives their whimsy justice. His pharyngeal jaw is among the best I've hugged :D
