Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?

Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

Absolutely love this plush! The fabric is super soft and stretchy and the embroidered markings are nice and crisp looking. The actual size of this stringy friend was much bigger than what I thought it would be like. Truly the perfect size for snuggling. I love wrapping it around my neck as plushy support while I laze around watching movies. 6/5 purchase!!
