Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

This guy is BIG, but can also coil up to make him seem smaller. Very cool! I love his little smirk. His spine is a great handle and, when you wrap him around your shoulders, it covers protectively over your ears. Such a nice weight too, not too heavy and not too light, but a comforting weight. Such a sweet, comforting guy in general. Very well made, makes a great neck pillow and sleeping buddy. Thank you!
