Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

My little guys arrived just in time for Halloween!! I love them so much and they're both extremely soft and cuddly. The beans in their head and tails make them the perfect weight. I don't think I own a plush as high quality as these guys. Thank you so much SplitHares, I'll be back to order more again!!!

Okay- so!!! Im writing this review as genuine; and i have to say i LOVE this fella! He’s EXTREMELY LONG, like LONGER THAN MY CAT. WHICH WAS SHOCKING ALONE And the felt of my moray buddy was SUPER soft too! Like almost squishmallow in a sense! Overall? I love my new long eeled buddy and i totes recommend to buy from this shop!

I LOVE HIM SM!! <3 He’s huge, amazing quality, super soft, and his little face is so cute. I love the weight he has to him as well, it’s perfect. Also, the creator made me this adorable doodle along with it 😭💕 buy him and bring him home!

if i could give six stars i would!!! ever since i saw these plush a while back, as a salmon and moray eel fan, i knew i had to order them as soon as i could. the seller let me know they’d be shipping my order late which (though admittedly made me a bit sad) i greatly appreciated the communication and completely understood. and they were so worth the wait!! the minky plus the stuffing makes them feel like squishmallows, but the beans and obviously superior shapes make them better than squishmallows. i ordered the salmon and the moray eel, but i also received the salmon roe as a bonus (perhaps due to late shipping)!!! now they’re a happy family. plus, the drawing is ADORABLE. i’ve never been more pleased with a purchase.

The moray eel is such a silly guy! He’s up to my eye level so it is a joy to sleep with! Wasn’t able to post a review until today since I was busy but OH MY GOODNESS!! I also receive a smaller stuffy due to delays and I will never separate them! Very soft, I love the little shaky sound when you shake them! Thank you so much! 💖💖
