Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

I bought this for my son's birthday. He's been wearing it around his neck ever since. It's well made with good quality materials. This is his second plush from the shop, and I'm sure we'll be getting more.

FRIENDS. Should you **EVER** need a Moray plush (and you will, you just don't know it yet), do be certain to get it here. The design standpoint I don't need to touch on, you can already see that much for yourself, and if you have eyes you can clearly see that art is not and could never have been subjective since this plushie is objectively fuckin' awesome, BUT everything else? Insanely high quality Aside from shipping being the quickest I have ever witnessed, accounting for the fact that I live on a decently remote island in a pretty small country, which in the end might just be artist's luck, the actual moray is just fantastic work. Squishy face, soft everything; bestest boi. Go treat yourself, buy it
