Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

So so awesome! I’m so happy it arrived and it’s just as amazing and cool as it is in the photos, the customer service was very sweet and helpful with any issues, I appreciate the extra plush for the delays I had gone through with my order but in the end it was all worth it, recommend for any marine life lovers!
