Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

Just what I needed! I ordered 12 rubber pin backs, bc the majority of my pins had butterfly clasps, and as secure as locking pins are, theyre a pain to take off. I find rubber pin backs to be a nice middle ground. They came in a little baggy so I can keep the extras all together at my desk. Great shop <3
