Our wristbands run a little big compared to other brands, for a more relaxed fit and increased accessibility. The fabric has 2-way stretch, which makes it easy to take on and off and adds a bit of wiggle room to sizing.

Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?

Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

First of all the seller didn’t get me in touch after a while, my package says that need some charges but i don’t know were to pay and never got a response
