Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

I got this gorgious pin as well as a memo pad and the store was nothing but exceptional ! They had to delay shipping since they where away at a con and then got sick - completely reasonable and I didn’t mind the wait - but they took the time to message me when it shipped and even included little goodies to say sorrry for the wait! Lovely people and I will be buying from them again! C:
