Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

this pin is AWESOME. it’s easy to read from afar, holds well, and is obviously very well crafted. It’s a bit heavy and the posts are a bit difficult to unfasten, but that’s expected and it doesn’t make it worse of course. Tbh I can’t wait to order again from this shop, it’s just wonderful :D
