Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

I often have the issue of buying pronoun pins so small that they’re difficult to read. I love that this pin is large and very easy to read from a normal distance. As mentioned in the review for the other item in my order, great communication from the seller.
