Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

Beautiful bag the only issue is it fits a little small so I’d be cautious of that for plus sized individuals.

The shipping did a goofy thing and the first one got lost.. but the owners came through for me and sent a replacement, plus an amazing little wristband I can’t wait to wait out with the matching lanyard. 1000000/10, I can’t praise these two enough. Also there’s so many little compartments omg?
