Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

This bag is so cute oh my goodness! I’ve been wanting this one for a while and finally decided to get it. I can say that it’s fantastic! I was a little worried about getting one without an extender since I usually wear bags like this across my chest and I am not a very skinny individual but honestly the fit was fine the entire day I didn’t have to keep uncomfortably readjusting, in fact I even forgot about it while shopping so that’s a big plus in my book. All of my items fit inside just fine! I have a large phone and yet, it fit in the very front pocket!! That’s practically unheard of! Very spacious indeed. Also easy to pull my phone or keys or wallet from, much easier than my larger bags. This will definitely become my go to for smaller bag trips (and yes I already covered it in my keychains and pins )
