Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

I wanted a matching keychain to go with my free lanyard, from my previous order of the fanny pack. The cheaper "Seconds" fits with my other already beat up keychains. So it being scratched or dirty is its charm! But for the most part, its still well put together, with no parts broken or missing.
