These are polyester double-sided lanyards, each measuring 3/4" thick and 22" from the center to the tip of the swivel lobster claw. The detachable segment is approximately 4.25" long.

Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

For a supposedly B-grade lanyard I didn't see any flaws at all, and got lots of compliments! I cut it shorter and used it as a wrist strap for my phone :)

Awesome lanyard!I think the one I got was supposed to have mild defects or something? Either war they’re not noticeable! Very nice. Pretty color. Can even wear it at school without getting questioned. Wonderful lanyard. I appreciate the detachable bit as well. Overall great! Happy with my purchase.
