Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

I can not reccomend this seller enough. I ordered this once before but due to my own error it got lost in the mail. Even though these guys weren't the ones at fault, they did all that they could to make sure that I got things sorted. I ended up reordering from them, and they were more than generous with their second order. The charm itself is very well crafted and fantastic quality, very shiny too! My partner and I are so happy we got a unique set that we feel represents us both so well. I will be ordering from them in the future, and I would reccomend anyone who enjoys charms to do so as well :)
