Can you replace my item if it gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once the package leaves our hands, its the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. in order to start a claim or find your parcel. We are a very small business and every product we make is limited edition, which makes it difficult to compensate for any shipping mistakes that we didn't personally make. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!

Love these mini stickers, i’m gonna use em in my planner around halloween time >:3 also, 11/10 for seller communication, because they messaged me to inform me that my order would be shipped late due to personal circumstances (and honestly, even then I feel like the shipping was really quick) All items in my order are great, I love the fun little bonus items I got, and I really appreciate the initiative to message me about shipping delays!
